we're all getting too old for these extreme sports. my friend just turned 30 and went water skiing. Now she can't walk due to a bad hammy for 4-6 months.
Oh the comedy to ensue.That sounds great.Yoga is so good for athletes. keep it up. soon those twists and bends get fun. really.
