So we tried to go for a 10 mile run on Sunday. WRONGGGG! it was sooooooooo freakin hot and humid that it turned into a 4 mile run and a 2 mile walk. Also my knee is still so buggered up! SOOOOOO Frustrating. Guess I need to start tapering for the Cleveland half... boo :(

In the winter of 2006 I had to take 2 months off of running because of a hip injury. It's hard to do that when all you want to do is have a good run. Hang in there...maybe the rest will be good for your race on the 18th : )

What ever happened to your Ab Challenge?
I lost a few pounds when I was sick last week and my abs are looking pretty goooooooood! (even though guys are barred from your competition)
Side note: I lost more weight doing absolutely ZERO training when I was sick than I ever did on my most hard core of training weeks. Weird, eh?
Oh well, rest up and drink lots of water!

Gotta have the lows to know the highs...sounds like a little overtraining, rest up and it'll come back.
